INSTRUCTIONS OF USE:

1. Cleanse & Prep: Begin by thoroughly cleansing your face with your preferred cleanser. This removes any dirt, oil, and makeup, allowing the retinol to penetrate more effectively. Pat your face dry with a clean towel. Prep with Skin Activating Essence.

2. Less is More: As retinol is a potent ingredient, a pea-sized amount is sufficient for your entire face. Dispense this amount onto your fingertips.

3. Targeted Application: Apply the retinol cream in dots to your forehead, cheeks, chin, and nose. Avoid the delicate eye area and lips.

4. Gentle Swirling Motion: Gently massage the cream into your skin using circular motions until it’s fully absorbed. Avoid rubbing or pulling at your skin.

5. Moisturise (Optional): While the HD Retinol Cream is hydrating, you can follow up with a moisturiser suitable for your skin type, –  eg.  HD Hydrating cream,  especially if you have dry skin. Retinol can sometimes cause dryness or irritation, so a moisturiser can help alleviate these effects.

Pro-Tip:

• Nighttime is Prime Time: It’s recommended to use the HD Retinol Cream at night as retinol can be sensitive to sunlight.
• Start Slow & Steady: If you’re new to retinol, begin by using it 1-2 times per week to allow your skin to adjust. Gradually increase usage as tolerated, up to a maximum of nightly application.
• Sun Protection is Essential: As retinol can increase sun sensitivity, it’s crucial to wear sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher every day, even on cloudy days.
