Morning :
- After cleansing and toning with your Calendula Herbal Extract Essence

Night:

- Apply a pea-sized amount of the Retinol Serum to your face, avoiding the eye area. Retinol promotes cell turnover, which can help minimise the appearance of acne scars and prevent future breakouts.
- Apply HD Hydrating Cream.
- Start Slowly: Especially with retinol, it’s wise to begin by using it 1-2 times per week to allow your skin to adjust. Gradually increase usage as tolerated.
- Moisturise: Both salicylic acid and retinol can cause dryness. Make sure to follow up with a moisturiser
- Sun Protection is Key: As retinol increases sun sensitivity, daily sunscreen is crucial, even on cloudy days.
