This system offers two vitamin A ranges: a Skin Essential Range and a Youth Essential Range. Interestingly, results achieved with the Skin Essential Range in 3 months can be achieved in just 3 weeks with the Youth Essential Range.

However, the key is gentle skin acclimation! These core products are designed to gradually introduce your skin to higher vitamin A concentrations, ensuring minimal discomfort and optimal results.

Your Personalised Journey:

1. Start Low: After pre-cleansing, cleansing and toning with products, start with the introductory moisturiser, containing the lowest amount of vitamin A. Use it consistently until your skin feels comfortable. Recommended Use 2 or 3 containers on each level
2. Level Up: Once comfortable, move on to the next level moisturiser with a slightly higher concentration of vitamin A and other active ingredients. Repeat step 1.
3. Radiant Results: Continue this process until you reach the top level, noticing your skin becoming progressively smoother, younger, and more radiant.
4. Maintain or Ascend: Once at the top level, you can either maintain your routine or choose to embark on a more advanced journey with the Youth Essential range.

The Youth Essentials is a more advanced range which offers even higher concentrations of vitamin A and C, along with powerful antioxidants and peptides for targeted anti-aging benefits. If you’ve reached level 5 in the Skin Essential Range, you can transition to this advanced range starting with the CQ 3 serum and the Defence Creme. If you are new to the products you can start on the CQ serum 1 and Defence Creme, mixing together before applying.

Remember: Consistency is key! If you take a break, simply restart at a lower level to maintain your progress.If you have lapsed for longer than a year, we recommend you start again at the lowest level.
