Important Note:

• It’s recommended to gradually reduce the use of the oil cleanser in the morning routine as your skin improves.
• The exfoliating mask is intended for home use, but it’s important to follow the instructions carefully to avoid irritation. Discontinue use if your skin feels uncomfortable.

How to Use (Morning & Night):

1. Morning & Night
   • Massage 2-3 drops  Pre-Cleansing Oil over the face and neck to help remove surface oils and make-up.
   • Wet your fingertips slightly and continue massaging the face until the oil becomes a milky emulsion. Leave on.
   • Once your texture and overall appearance  of your skin is improving , you can stop using your pre-cleansing oil in the morning and only apply at night.
   • Apply Sebu-Wash  into the palms of your hands and lather into a foam before washing the face and rinse thoroughly with tepid water to remove both oil and cleanser.
   • Tone the face using this clarifying toner on cotton wool, gently wiping the cotton wool over the face or applying 1-2 drops in the palm of hand and dapping on affected areas of the face.
   • Apply Blemish Gel to spot areas using finger or cotton bud.
   • Mix equal quantities of Sebu-Lac Lotion with Sebu-ACE Oil in the palm of your hand and gently massage into the affected areas , then remaining apply to entire face (2-3 drops of each). This is your daily Vitamin A moisturisers.
   • Apply  Antioxidant Sun Cream.  This will turn into an antioxidant cream after 2 hours on the skin. Tip for application -warm up cream in between palms of hands and apply to entire face. Morning Only.

   NIGHT (1-2 times a week) Home Mini Peel

   • Pre-cleanse, Cleanse and tone with Pre-cleansing Oil,  Sebu-Wash Gel Cleanser and Sebu-Tone Clarifier.
   • Using the brush provided, apply an even layer of this  Hydroxy Acid Sebu-Clear Masque  to the affected areas and/or entire face.
   • Leave for 10 minutes before rinsing thoroughly with tepid water.
   • Apply Blemish Gel to spot areas using finger or cotton bud.
   • Followed by mixing  equal quantities of Sebu-Lac Lotion with Sebu-ACE Oil in the palm of your hand and gently massage into the entire face.
   • May be used every second or third evening. Mild tingling may be experienced. If skin is too uncomfortable remove immediately with warm tepid water.

   As an overnight masque (once comfortable with a 20 minute daily application)

   • Pre-cleanse, Cleanse and tone with Pre-cleansing Oil, Sebu-Wash Gel Cleanser and Sebu-Tone Clarifier.
   • Follow with Sebu -Lac and Sebu-ACE Oil mixed together.
   • After 20 minutes, apply a thin layer of Sebu- Clear Masque, avoiding the eye lids. Can be applied by opening jar and applying with your finger to the entire face and/or the affected areas and sleep with on overnight.
